Install New WordPress Security Patch Immediately

We always try to keep our clients updated from various patches WordPress releases time to time so you can keep your WordPress solution updated and secure.

To further secure WordPress platform from potential attacks, WordPress are releasing a new patch“WordPress 4.4.2 Security and Maintenance Release” with multiple critical security fixes. The patch addresses various security issues.

A possible SSRF for certain local URIs.

An open redirection attack.

In addition to the security issues above, WordPress 4.4.2 fixes 17 bugs from 4.4 and 4.4.1.For more information on the fixed bugs please follow: WordPress.org
